Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days from order confirmation. For urgent projects, we offer express mode (2-3 days) – contact us to arrange the details.

We handle both single-unit production (1 piece) and production series (from several to several thousand pieces). There is no minimum order.

Yes, we issue VAT invoices for all orders.

We typically work with tolerances of ±0.05mm. For demanding details we achieve precision up to ±0.01mm.

Of course, our team will recommend the optimal material in terms of application, loads, operating conditions and costs.

The cost depends on many factors:

• Material (aluminum cheaper than titanium)
• Geometry complexity (simple body vs complex shape)
• Machining time (main cost component)
• Quantity (series = lower unit price)
• Tolerances (higher requirements = higher cost)
• Surface treatment (anodizing, hardening) To receive a quote: Send a technical drawing to X – we respond within 24h.

2D drawings:

• PDF (most common)
• DXF, DWG (AutoCAD)
• PNG, JPG (lower quality – only in exceptional cases)

3D models:

• STEP, STP (best – recommended!)
• IGES
• Parasolid
• STL (only for simple geometries)
