How do we work?
1. Submit Your Inquiry
Send us your inquiry through our contact form. You can email your request with files and technical drawings (usually PDF, DXF) to biuro@zdanmill.pl. If available, include a 3D file (typically STEP or STP). If you have any questions – simply call us.
2. Quotation and Project Analysis
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive our quote for your inquiry. If we have any additional questions, we’ll contact you. In special cases, the quotation process may take up to 48 hours.
3. Order Placement and Project Execution
Project execution begins after we receive your complete order via email or through our form. Once production starts, you’ll receive an order confirmation from us.
4. Delivery of Completed Order
We ship finished components according to the customer’s preferences, as agreed during the order process. You can choose personal pickup, courier delivery, or transport with our company vehicle. According to your preference, you’ll receive an invoice or receipt by email or with your shipment.
